Shipping Charges
Products sold on OnlinePrintingz.com attract shipping charges. Fees are not fixed and vary based on factors such as product weight, dimensions, destination, and courier rates.
The exact shipping charge for your order is shown on the product page and/or at checkout before you place the order.
📦 Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.
Most orders are processed and delivered within 8–10 working days from the order date.
In some cases, delivery may take longer; if so, we’ll notify you via email.
Personalised/Custom designs: If you’ve chosen to coordinate your template/design with our team via email, the delivery timeline will be calculated from the date of your final email approval, not the initial order date.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
We partner with reputed courier companies to ensure safe and speedy delivery.
A tracking link/ID will be shared once your order is shipped (where available).
🧾 Invoice & Documentation
All shipments include a tax invoice. If your package arrives without an invoice, please email info@onlineprintingz.com with your order reference number and we’ll resend it promptly.
📦 Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears tampered with or damaged, do not accept delivery and do not sign the POD (Proof of Delivery).
Refuse the package and email info@onlineprintingz.com with your order reference number and a brief description (photos help).
We will investigate with the courier and provide the best possible resolution.
