Quick Print File Preparation Guide

To ensure smooth production and the best print quality, please follow these simple artwork setup guidelines before uploading your files to OnlinePrintingz.com.

  • File Format: Save files as PDF with all fonts embedded and linked images included.

  • Color Mode: Use CMYK for accurate color reproduction. Avoid RGB or low-resolution images.

  • Bleed & Margins: Add a 1/8" (3mm) bleed on all edges and keep text or logos at least 1/4" (6mm) from the trim line.

  • Resolution: Ensure all images are 300 DPI at actual size, and rasterized text/logos are 1200 DPI.

  • Layout Check: Verify that the page layout, dimensions, and artwork alignment are correct.

Please note that digital proofs (PDFs) are for layout reference only and may not represent exact print colors.
If color accuracy is critical, request a hard copy proof before production.
